Managing Partner of ALTIOS Strategy, Gael Sabbagh has more than 15 years of experience in export consulting services, fundraising and international strategy. An entire career focused on international development in France with several missions with World Bank focusing on Middle East and Africa, the French Agency for International Development and overseas (United Nations for Asia and The Pacific and the French Trade Commission, in order to follow post-tsunami projects in Sri Lanka).
In 2011, Gaël joined Altios in order to create Altios Strategy Division. Gael has helped more than 400 companies to define their international strategy, select their value added market and structure their business plan for a global and secure expansion.
Gael holds a Master Degree in International Business Development from ISC Business School and a Bachelor in International Relations, from the School of Advanced International and Political Studies.
A native French speaker, Gael is also fluent in English and Arabic.

Geraldine Dibon joined ALTIOS in 2018 as Country Manager UK, to help overseas businesses access the UK market and to support British companies in developing their international strategy.
Geraldine has over 12 years’ experience in international trade, having previously headed the French desk of banking group Credit Industriel et Commercial in London, where she advised European companies through their UK market development. She also possesses a deep understanding of marketing and communication tools from her media agency background.

Mirko Mottino has more than 17 years of experience in export consulting service. In 2000, Mirko joined an EDO (ERAI, economic development agency for the Rhone-Alps Region). After 5 years of export consulting and 3 years of investment consulting, Mirko was promoted Director of ERAI Italy.

Michał Deskur graduated from Clermont-Ferrand Business School in France and from the Economic Academy in Krakow (Poland).
Michał has 20 years of experience in supporting foreign companies in Poland, in particular, in the audit of mergers and acquisitions as well as financial and accounting advice. He first worked in the audit department of Deloitte in Paris and Warsaw. Then, he established his auditing and advisory firm, which he developed and chaired for 10 years, CTN POLSKA Sp. z o. o., specializing in services to French and Belgian clients in the areas of audit and advice in finance and accounting. This company also provided a full service in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
In 2012 Michał DESKUR took a position of Deputy Minister of the Interior in Polish government, he was responsible for safety and security on the national level during football European championships EURO2012, but also he was supervising Polish police (annual budget: 4 billion Eur) . After nearly two years of working for the Ministry of Interior, he was appointed Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office.
